Jake is a seasoned electronic security professional with over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in security system integration, project management and strategic operations. With a strong focus on delivering cutting-edge security solutions, Jake leads teams in designing, implementing and managing advanced electronic security systems for commercial, industrial, and high-security environments. Committed to innovation, efficiency, quality assurance and customer satisfaction, Jake ensures seamless implementation of security technologies to meet client needs.

Stuart Pitcher – Founder & Managing Director
With over 40 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Stuart has worked with some of the largest security companies in Australia, designing, installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of high-profile projects, including security systems for prisons, city council CCTV networks, high-security data centres, major retail chains, and large manufacturing facilities.
In addition to his extensive hands-on experience, Stuart founded Innotec Security in 2015, driven by a vision to fill a gap in the industry. He saw an opportunity to bring technology, innovation, and strategic, out-of-the-box thinking to the delivery of security solutions for businesses in today’s rapidly evolving world. At Innotec, we focus on providing cutting-edge security systems tailored to the specific needs of our clients, ensuring both effectiveness and adaptability in an ever-changing landscape.

Craig McPherson – National Sales Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the security industry, Craig has developed a comprehensive understanding of the sector's various facets. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including State Manager, Operations Manager, Channel Manager, and National Sales Manager. These positions have enabled him to acquire extensive expertise in security infrastructure, installation, sales quoting, and operational procedures.
Craig has successfully managed projects of all sizes, ranging from $20K installations to large-scale projects exceeding $1 million. His broad experience and strategic insight make him a valuable asset in managing complex security solutions and driving business growth.

Robert DiGiuseppe – National Operations Manager
As a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Robert has worked with some of the largest and most respected security companies in Australia. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in managing large-scale security projects, including the design, installation, and commissioning of advanced systems across multiple commercial and government sites.
As National Operations Manager, Robert is recognised for his strong leadership and ability to build and manage high-performing teams across diverse operational environments. He is a skilled project manager with a track record of improving operational efficiency, streamlining service delivery, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

Josh Schwalger
Josh brings 18 years of experience in the security industry across New Zealand and Australia. Beginning his career as a technician, Josh has worked for industry leading integrators and distributors where he has honed his skills in technical design, operational and account management. He has held business development roles over the past 5 years further enhancing his capabilities in providing optimal security solutions for clients in various vertical markets.
