An iconic regional stadium which hosts local, national and international events faced significant challenges with disparate and obsolete electronic security systems, as well as about to embark on

a significant redevelopment whilst still hosting events. The organisation was seeking an integrated system, capable of handling large volumes of users, with various levels of clearances and

being able to be monitored from a purpose-built control room, in a cost-effective manner.

Innotec were engaged to undertake a comprehensive evaluation to determine and identify deficiencies. Key to the success of the project was to design an integrated security management system, where the ultimate aim was to identify a system that could incorporate innovative and sustainable technology.

The Result

A single integrated system implemented on time and within budget. As a result of the project the stadium realised improved safety and security, lowered operational complexities and reduced costs. A number of efficiencies have been realised including improved situational awareness, capacity,
